Status Display
The following instructions demonstrate how to check a Hand Reader’s status.
1. When you enter the Status Display command the following appears on the Hand
Reader’s display.
2. Press to exit the command menu.
– or –
3. Press to skip to the Network Status command (if the Hand Reader is the
Master Hand Reader on a network).
– or –
4. Press to Display Hand Reader Status. The Hand Reader’s display appears as
follows.
5. The Hand Reader’s display shows the current OFF/ON value of the status display
command.
6. If the current value is ON, skip to Step 9.
7. If the current value is OFF press to turn the status display command ON. The
Hand Reader’s display appears as follows.
8. Press to re-enter the status display command.
9. The Hand Reader’s display appears as follows.
