Data To Network
The Data to Network command transmits all data held by the master Hand Reader to
all Hand Readers connected to the network. This is used to transmit user enrollment
and system configuration information to all Hand Readers on the network.
The following instructions demonstrate how to transmit data from the master Hand
Reader to the reader network.
1. When you enter the Data to Network command the display appears as follows.
2. Press to exit the command menu.

3. Press to return to the List Users command at the beginning of this command
menu.

4. Press to transfer Data to the Network. The display appears as follows.
5. Press to transfer data to all Hand Readers on the network. Skip to Step 8.

6. Press to transfer data to one Hand Reader on the network. Typically, this is
done when a new Hand Reader is added to an existing network. The display
appears as follows.
7. Enter the address of the Hand Reader to which data should be sent. For example, to
send data to the Hand Reader with address 2, press .
8. The display appears as follows.
