If the unit operates incorrectly
• If the unit operates incorrectly due to a thunderstorm or amateur radio
interference, or if it stops or does not respond to the remote controller,
turn off the circuit breaker. Wait for about 3 minutes, and then turn on the
circuit breaker and press the ON/OFF button of the remote controller.

CONDITION CAUSES OR CHECK POINTS
The unit does not start re-operation immediately.
This is for protection of the system. After a stop, the unit does not start
operation for approx. 3 minutes.
Steaming (The Unit) It is caused by defrosting of the unit in heating operation.
The room does not warm up or cool down.
Is the temperature set correctly on the KCTR?
Is there an open window or door?
Is there enough circulating water?

The pump is running while the unit is stopped.
The circulation pump operates automatically at times in order to prevent
scale build-up on the pipe walls or protection antifreeze

- Check the KCTR connection
- Replace the KCTR
AMbH KCTR room humidity probe failure
- Check the KCTR connection
- Check the humidity sensor connection in the KCTR
- Replace the humidity sensor
OUtA External temperature probe failure
- Check the connection
- Replace the probe
OUtU Outlet water temperature probe failure
- Check the connection
- Replace the probe

"Temp. Water Supply System” signal error (terminals

- Check the element connected to terminal blocks 3-4 and the setting of
parameter 300 “t3-4”
SAnt Storage domestic hot water temperature probe failure
- Check the connection and setting of parameter 123 “COnt”
- Replace the probe
HP Heat pump error. Error code on PCB display. See alarm errors on the PCB Main Display
rEmC Remote controller connection error
- Check the KCTR connection
- Replace the KCTR

Cooling radiant system condensation risk.
The following causes are possible:
- Closed contact between the “Dew Point Sensor” IN-COM
terminals
- OUtU (Par109) < TLiM (Par229) for more than three
minutes
- InU (Par111) < TLiM (Par229) for more than three minutes
- Check the hydraulic system
- Check the parameter setting

Heating radiant system overheating risk (no DHW).
The following causes are possible:
- InU
(Par111) > TSUp (Par236) +2 for more than three
minutes
- OUtU (Par109) > TReq
(Par230) +2 for more than
three minutes
