Status)
You can browse a part of the Trans-
mission Result report on the display.
Limitation
❒ If a transmission is completed
while you are using this function,
the result will not be shown until
you exit TX File Status and start it
again.
Note
❒ Only the transmission result of the
last 200 communications (recep-
tions+transmissions) are shown.

Press [Information].
The Information menu is shown.

Select [TX File Status].
Transmission results are displayed
from the latest result in groups of
six.
Transmission date/time, transmis-
sion mode, destination, total num-
bers destinations, total number of
originals, file number and Status
are displayed.

Check the transmission results,
and then press [Exit].

❒ If a desired transmission result
is not shown, press [U

❒ "Destination" shows the fax
number of a sender or Fax
Header information. For a
transmission from a computer,
"-- PCFAX -->" is shown.
