Create the Project in
RSLogix 5000 or Studio
5000 Logix Designer
Once the Add-on Profile is installed, you are ready to create the RSLogix 5000
or Logix Designer project. In this section, you do the following:
• Create a project.
• Configure the 1756 controller in the project.
• Add the 1756-EN2TR module to the project.
Step 1: Create the New Project
1. Launch the application and start a new project for the 1715 Redundant
I/O System.
2. In the application, from the File menu, choose New to open the New
Project dialog box.
The New project dialog box appears.
