Appendix A Troubleshoot Your IO-Link Master Module
Module Diagnostic
Webpages
You can use the diagnostic webpages of the ArmorBlock 5000 8-channel IO-Link master
module to help troubleshoot possible problems with your EtherNet/IP communication.
The diagnostic webpages for the IO-Link master module include the following:
• Diagnostic Overview – Shows the status of the module
• Network Settings – Shows the settings for the Network Interface, Ethernet Interface
Configuration, and the Ethernet ports of the module
• I/O Connections – Shows the status of the I/O connections of the module
• Ethernet Statistics – Shows the status of communication activity on the Ethernet
network
To access the module diagnostic webpages, complete these steps.
1. Open your web browser.
2. In the Address field, type the IP address of the module and press Enter.
The Home webpage appears.
3. Open the Diagnostics folder in the leftmost navigation bar and select the link to open
the webpage that you want to monitor.
IMPORTANT Consider the following:
• The diagnostic webpages are disabled by default. You can enable the
diagnostic webpages for the module if the module is not in Explicit
Protected Mode.
