Starts the LO source calibration (3
rd
power calibration step for mixer measurements), stores and applies
the calibration data. The external power meter is selected via
SOURce<Ch>:POWer<Pt>:CORRection:PMETer:ID.
The LO source calibration is independent of the RF source and IF receiver calibration; see
description of the mixer calibration procedure.

Calibrated port number. This suffix is ignored; the port is selected via
[SENSe<Ch>:]FREQuency:CONVersion:MIXer:LOINternal or

the IF frequency (for a subsequent receiver power calibration,
