For local expansion, the PCD3 LIOs (Local I/O) modules are used.

used.
The maximum number of I/Os depends on the controller used.
When selecting the I/O modules, care must be taken that the internal 5 V and + V
supply are not overloaded (see chapter 3.9.2).
