Who This Guide is For
The Installation and User’s Guide is intended for anyone who needs to install and
operate the Explorer EX4 Basic and Plus Mobile Digital Video Recording (DVR)
System (EX4 System).
This Guide provides information and procedures for installing, configuring,
operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting the EX4 System.
References to EX4 System
In this Guide, both EX4 Basic and EX4 Plus are referred to as the EX4 System.
When information is specific to one model, then reference is made to EX4 Basic
or EX4 Plus.
