ADDRESS For the IP address, enter a static IP address for the DVR. Make
sure this address is not used by any other device on the
network. If there is a DHCP server on the network, make sure
the DVR IP address is not in the IP address range assigned by
the DHCP server.

SUBNET MASK Enter the subnet mask for the network (usually 255.255.255.0). 255.255.255.000
DEFAULT GATEWAY Enter the IP address of the router or gateway on the LAN. 192.168.010.001

MAC ADDR The MAC address is fixed in the DVR and corresponds to the
unique ID of the internal Ethernet controller.

names are programmable.
