Directory
You can use the directory to save station numbers and
additional information on contacts (up to 200 entries).
You can create a new entry:
• via the main menu Æ Page 110
• via the menu if an entry is selected Æ Page 113
• by importing from the redial list Æ Page 117
• by importing from the LDAP database Æ Page 116
Possible entry fields are:
•"Name:"
•"First name:"
• "Tel.(Private):"
• "Tel. (Office):"
• "Tel.(Mobile):"
• "Department:"
• "Address:"
• "ZIP code:"
•"City:"
You must enter at least a station number before you can
save an entry.
You can use the Web interface to import a direc-
tory file from your PC to the directory and create
backup copies of your data Æ Page 133.
All station numbers that are assigned to an entry
are available when dialing from the directory
