Directory List
All entries are listed in alphabetical order in the directory
list.
Other sort rules:
1. Complete entries (name/first name)
– Numbers before letters
– Lowercase before uppercase
2. Entries that only contain station numbers
Representation in the directory list
Precondition: There are entries saved in the directory
list Æ Page 110.
Entries that have not been selected are shown on a sin-
gle line.
A selected entry is displayed on two lines.
The entry can contain the following icons:
Searching for an entry
Precondition: There are entries saved in the directory
list Æ Page 110.
s Open the directory.
q Scroll through the directory list.
or
~ Enter the first letters of the required contact’s name (for
information on entering characters Æ Page 24).
If applicable If there are multiple matching entries:
q Select the required entry.
