7. Press the softkey located next to Continue.
The system will turn the carousel to the test cartridge loading position
and bring the O-Ring in contact with the cleaning pad.
After approximately 30 seconds, the carousel will rotate back allowing
the removal of the pad.
8. Dispose of the pad in a suitable biohazard container.
9. Press the softkey located next to Continue.
10. To return to the System Ready display, press the softkey located next
to Previous Screen twice.

Infection by contaminated cleaning pads.
Death or serious injury can result.
• After usage, cleaning pads must be treated as a potential source of
infection.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, that is, gloves,
protective clothing, safety glasses, and mask.
• Pay attention to the manufacturer's information regarding the gloves'
compatibility with the materials and liquids used.
Note: The self test must be performed from the Maintenance menu.
In case the self test fails, a manual O-Ring cleaning has to be carried
out. This manual O-Ring cleaning has to be performed with the O-Ring
service tool.
