11.1 Replacing trigger solution
To insert the trigger solution bottle into the analyzer, proceed as follows:
1. Pull up the knob to remove the probe from the trigger solution bottle and
unlatch the access door.
 The door will automatically open when the knob is pulled all the way
up.
WARNING
False results due to expired or unusable trigger solution.
False results can lead to misdiagnosis and incorrect treatment.
• Do not use trigger solution whose use-by date has expired.
• Do not use trigger solution if turbid or if particulate matter is present.

CAUTION
When the access door is open, the spiking needle of the trigger
solution bottle can cause injuries.
• Lift up the spiking needle lever completely before opening the access
door.
• Take care not to touch the spiking needle.
