4. Press AM/PM softkey for 12-hour format.
5. Press AM or PM softkey.
6. To change the time or to delete an error in entry, press the < key to erase
the existing time, then use the numeric keys to enter the new time (enter
0 first if a single digit hour is being entered, e.g., 01:00).
The newly formatted time will be displayed on the left.
7. To save the selection, press the softkey located next to Enter.
8. To return to the System Ready display, press the softkey located next
to Previous Screen twice.
24-hour format To set the 24-hour format, proceed as is described for the setting of the
12-hour format:
1. Press the 24 HR softkey for 24-hour format.
2. To change the time or to delete an error in entry, press the < key to erase
the existing time, then use the numeric keys to enter the new time (enter
0 first if a single digit hour is being entered, e.g., 01:00).
The new formatted time will be displayed on the left.
3. To save the selection, press the softkey located next to Enter.
