After you have installed the power supply unit and the interface module, pro-
ceed as follows:
1. Attach the first bus unit to the standard mounting rail (on the right–hand
side of the ET 200U interface module or PS 935 power supply module).
2. Swing the module back until the slide on the module snaps onto the rail.
3. Install additional bus units to the right of the first bus unit using the same
method.
Hooks on the sides of the bus units ensure a mechanical connection between
the units.
4. On the upper left of the bus unit is a ribbon cable. Pull the connector of
the ribbon cable out of its holder (see Figure 3-2).
5. Plug the connector of the ribbon cable into the male connector on the
right side of the ET 200U interface module / PS 935 power supply mo-
dule or into the male connector of the bus unit on the left (see Figure 3-2).
