Meaning/Possible cause/Acknowledgement/Error processing
Test Position Feedback (TPF) Current flows in the motor feeder even though the motor feeder
is in the test position (TPF).The main circuit is not interrupted in
test operation.
Acknowledge with "Reset" respectively OFF command.
Power failure monitoring (UVO). The network failure lasted longer than the configured network
failure time.
Following fault rectification, acknowledge with "Reset" or OFF
command.
Blocked positioner Control function "positioner":
The torque switch has been activated without or before the
corresponding end position switch.
Possible cause:
The positioner is blocked.Acknowledge the fault with "free-
wheeling" with the counter command "OPEN/CLOSE".
Check the slide application and the end position switches.
Double 0 Control function "positioner":
Both torque switches have been activated simultaneously
(DMA=0 and DMZ=0).
Possible causes:
• Open circuit torque switch
• Torque switch is defective.
Double 1 Control function "positioner":
Both end position switches have been activated simultaneously
(RMA=1 and RMZ=1).
Possible cause:
• End position switch is defective.
End position Slider/solenoid valve has left the final position without a
command being issued. The motor feeder was turned off.
Acknowledge the fault with "free-wheeling" using the counter
command "OPEN/CLOSE".
Antivalence Control function "positioner":
The end position switches are not registering any antivalent
signals.
Possible cause:
• Open circuit of the end position switch.
Check the slide application and the end position switches.
Acknowledge the fault with counter command "OPEN/CLOSE".
