Troubleshooting Download Failures
18.1 Troubleshooting Download Failures
In case of download failures, possible causes can be seen in following online menu(s).
Faults/warning /status information
Device -> (Faults/warning /status-information ) ->Status Information-> parameterizing
Parametrizing options shows following flags/status from device which can lead to download
failures:
● Parameter blocking during start-up active
● Parameter change in current operation state not allowed
● Required functions not supported
● Wrong parameter
● Wrong password
● Password protection active
● Factory setting loaded
● Parameter setting active.
