Diagnostic data reading
The reading of data record 130 is triggered either by linkable input parameter L_CS_UPD, or by
the OS when the associated faceplate views are opened, or by an OS control (CS_UPD). Also,
data record 130 is read automatically after a general warning or general fault in SIMOCODE-DP,
i.e. if there is a change of signal edge (0->1) in QG_WRN or QG_FLT.
If read successfully, the read diagnostic data is output to CS_0...CS_9. If read dataset failed,
output QERR_RCS and QER_RD is set and error status passed to QER_RCSST.
Statistic data reading
The reading of record 131 is triggered either by linkable input parameter L_SD_UPD, or by the
OS when the associated faceplate views are opened, or by an OS control (SD_UPD).
The read data are output on parameters OPH (operating hours), N_START (number of starts),
N_OVL (number of overload trips), COUNT1, COUNT2 (counter statuses), COOL_T (cooling
time), TRIP_CUR (trip current), and SENSOR (analog sensor value). If read dataset failed,
output QERR_RSD and QER_RD is set and error status passed to QER_RSDST.
Statistic data writing
The operating hours (OPH_S), number of starts (N_START_S), and number of overload trips
(N_OVL_S) can be written on data record 133 in the SIMOCODE-DP. Writing is triggered when
these setpoints change.
If written successfully, the reading of the statistic data is triggered again in order to update
the values in the block. If write dataset failed, output QERR_WSD and QER_WR is set and error
status passed to QER_WSDST.
After the statistic data is read, or after a write error, inputs OPH_S, N_START_S, and
N_OVL_S are set to the corresponding active values.
4.1.13.1 Reading and writing data records
The SIMO_CHN block uses SFC 59 "RD_REC" function to read and process values from data
records, and the SFC 58 "WR_REC" function to process and write values to data records of the
SIMOCODE DP device.
The " Update " button in the faceplates is used to update the displayed values by calling the
"RD_REC" at the function block.
Reading can be performed successfully, if the function Write to data records "WR_REC" is not
executed at the same time.
Read parameter data record
Reading data records is performed irrespective of the current mode.
Write function
It is only possible to write data records if the block is in REMOTE mode to con󹪝gure Dataset 133
for the SIMOCODE DP module.
