2-17. NOTES ON REPAIR PARTS
2-17-1. Flexible Card Wire Replacement
The following six types of flexible card wire are used in
the DSR-70/70P.
Note : Take utmost care when handling the flexible
card wires because their life is extremely
shortened by folding.
< Type A >
Removing method
Raise the portion marked “A” of the connector and release
the lock. Pull out the flexible card wire.
Insertion method
Insert the flexible card wire fully up to the marked line and
push up the portion marked “A” of the connector.
Note : The flexible card wire has the conduction side
and the insulation side. Connect the flexible
card wire after checking for the correct side as
shown.
If the condition side and the insulation side are
connected in the wrong direction, the circuit
will not operate.
< Type B >
Removing method
Raise the portion marked “A” of the connector and release
the lock. Pull out the flexible card wire.
Insertion method
Insert the flexible card wire fully up to the marked line and
push up the portion marked “A” of the connector.
Note : The flexible card wire has the conduction side
and the insulation side. Connect the flexible
card wire after checking for the correct side as
shown.
If the condition side and the insulation side are
connected in the wrong direction, the circuit
will not operate.
