WAFER CAPTURING UTILITIES 'F8'
This mode enables the user to perform necessary functions to the data
being captured during an auto cycle.
'A'ssign allows the user to assign a name to the file that the data is
being stored. This should be done after the first wafer has been
measured. The user will be prompted for "Lot #" data to be included in
the file.
'I'nclude allows the user to include a 40 character comment in the file at
any time. This could be used to note that the wheels were dressed or
some other important event.
'C'lose causes the current file to be closed and the extension changed
from ".WDT" to ".WDK".
Also available in this mode is shell to DOS to execute a DOS
command. It should be noted however that wafer data capturing is
disabled while executing a DOS command or program, and the Off-line
Support Program is not terminated and is resident in memory. This
command should be used for simple DOS commands like renaming or
copying wafer data files for use by Lotus 123 or some other program.
To access the DOS shell type 'ctrl' 'D' then the command desired. For
example to get a directory of closed wafer data files type 'ctrl' 'D' dir
*.wdk 'enter'.
