ERROR CONDITION LIGHTS
In addition to an error message displayed on the screen, there
are three lights located on top of the machine. The following
error conditions illuminate the corresponding light:
Light Color Description
Yellow P&P #1, P&P #2, P&P#3 vacuum
error. Supply vacuum error.
Blue Axis reference error, axis limit error,
send wafer error, force grinding,
replace receive boats, spindle motor
tripped, check utilities error and
grind thickness error.
White Vacuum tank drain purge.
