The PC screen will display the directory and then a message to strike
any key when ready.
'Q'uit returns the user to the main menu.
TERMINAL MODE 'F9'
This mode configures the PC as an ASCII terminal at 9600 baud for
use in machine diagnostics. It should be noted that wafer data capturing
functions are suspended during this mode.
To terminate this mode press 'F10' once.
EXIT TO DOS 'F10'
To exit the program and return to DOS press 'F10' and respond 'y' to
the question to confirm that you want to terminate the program.
ERROR MESSAGES
PC communications error #22 is usually caused by the computer not
being connected to the 7AA or 7AA not configured with the option
running.
PASSWORD AND I.D. NUMBERS
The program is protected from unauthorized use by individuals whom
have not been entered into a password data base. To add, delete,
modify, or list authorized users execute the program
"7AAIDUTL.EXE" from the DOS prompt.
