0010 This software flag "AXIS 1 EXCESS FOLLOWING
ERROR" indicates a position error. The axis has not
gotten to the commanded position in a reasonable
amount of time.
Check the machine for mechanical obstructions, servo
amplifier and motor failures.
0001 This software flag "AXIS 2 EXCESS FOLLOWING
ERROR" indicates a position error. The axis has not
gotten to the commanded position in a reasonable
amount of time.
