• Remove the front fork cap bolt from the inner rod by loosening
the lock nut.
• Compress the fork spring with the special tool and remove the
special tool.
• Remove the front fork cap bolt 5, adjuster rod 6, spring
retainer 7, spacer 8, washer 9 and spring 0.
• Invert the front fork and stroke the inner rod several times to
let out fork oil.
• Under the inverted condition of front fork, drain oil completely
by holding the fork for a while.
• Remove the front axle pinch bolt A.
• Remove the damper rod bolt with the special tool.

* Do not disassemble the front fork cap bolt 5.
* After removing the front fork cap bolt 5, avoid hold-
ing the outer tube vertically by hand to prevent the
inner tube from falling and damaged.
