2. Remove the left·hand end cap and O-r ing seal.
3. Remove the right-hand end cap and O-ring seal.
4. Remove the negative
(-) brush holder ( Fi g ur e
26) from the case.
5. Withdraw the armature coil assembly ( Fi g ur e
27) from the case.
NOTE
Before removing the nuts and lI'ashers.

6. Remove the nut and outer bushing (F ig ur e 28)
and
O-ring ( Fi g ur e 2 9) securing the po si tive and
negative brush

7. Remove the boh (Fig ur e 30) and the inner
bu shing (Figure 31) .
8. Rem ove the positive (+) brush holder (Fig ur e
32) from the end of the case.
9. On mod els so equipped. remove the in sulator
ring (Fig
ur e 33 ).
CAUTION
Do nOi immerse the wire lI'indings ;n
the case or the armature coif in sol\'em
as the insulation may be damaged.
Wipe the lI'indings with a cloth lightly
m ois tened wilh sol\'em and thoroughly
dry.
