• Install the rear axle shaft and rear axle housing to the rear
drive gear case.
• Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER “1303” to the rear axle hous-
ing bolts

• Install the trailer towing
5 and tighten the rear axle housing
bolts
4 to the specified torque.

# Rear axle housing bolt: 55 N·m (5.5 kgf-m, 40.0 lb-ft)
• Tighten the axle housing mounting bolts/nuts
6 to the speci-
fied torque.
# Axle housing mounting bolts/nuts:
60 N·m (6.0 kgf-m, 43.5 lb-ft)
• Tighten the final drive gear case cover bolts
