BRAKE DISC REMOVAL AND DISASSEMBLY
• Remove the front wheel. (!7-11)
• Remove the cotter pin.
$
• Loosen the axle nut
1 by applying the front brake.
• Remove the axle nut
1 and spring washer 2.
• Remove the brake caliper. (!7-21)
• Remove the front wheel hub

• Remove the brake disc.
Replace the removed cotter pin with a new one.
