• Loosen the locknut

9 and disconnect the parking interlock

cable

• Remove the gearshift lever assembly.

INSPECTION

GEARSHIFT LEVER ASSEMBLY

Inspect the gearshift lever assembly for wear or damage. If any

damage are found, replace the gear shift lever assembly.

NOTE:

Do not disassemble the gearshift lever assembly.
