• Remove the cylinder head bolts diagonally.
• Remove the cylinder head.
NOTE:
If the cylinder head does not come off, lightly tap it with a plastic
hammer.
• Remove the dowel pins and gasket
1.
CYLINDER
• Remove the cam chain guide
1.
• Remove the radiator hose
2.
• Remove the cylinder nuts.
• Remove the cylinder.
NOTE:
Be careful not to drop the dowel pins into the crankcase.
