16-2-15. Forced-termination Limit
Set the number of samplings between the instant when displacement stops and the instant
when sampling is terminated forcedly.
Setting range: 0 ~ 9999 (If "0" is set, forced-termination is not performed.)
16-2-16. Forced-termination Output
Set whether or not to execute the HI/LO output at forced-termination time by a
displacement stop.
Setting item: ON / OFF
In the Waveform and Displacement Comparison / Hysteresis 2 mode
In the Hysteresis mode
16-2-17. Un-passing Area Output
Set whether or not to output the OK signal when sampling does not pass the comparison
area in the Waveform Comparison / Waveform and Displacement Comparison mode.
