The operation is executable for the set values in 18-4-1. and the following two set values.

・ Conditions to judge abnormalities:
-Something other than SP comes at the place where SP should come.
-Something other than numbers comes at the place where numbers should come.
-The value exceeds the setting range.
・ If "SP" comes at the place where "+" or "-" should come, "+" is judged.
