In the Multi-Hold mode, the operation is executable when the set value of
W51 is 0 ~ 15, 80 ~ 83, 90 or 92.
In the Hysteresis mode, the operation is executable when the set value of
W51 is 0 ? 15, 80, 81, 90 or 92.
In the Waveform Comparison mode and Waveform and Displacement
Comparison mode, the operation is executable when the set value of W51 is
0 ~ 15, 80 ~ 83, 90, 91 or 92.
As for the 6th character on the host side, "0" specifies a go waveform, and "1"
specifies a return waveform when the set value of W51 is 80, 81, or 90 in the
Hysteresis mode. In other modes, "0" specifies a low limit waveform, and "1"
specifies a high limit waveform.
If the waveform reading screen is displayed when the set value is 90, reading of
the data displayed on the waveform reading screen continues because the data
is not updated.
