・ In the Multi-Hold mode, the operation is executable when the set value
of W51 is 0 ~ 15, 80 ~ 83, 90 or 92.
・ In the Hysteresis mode, the operation is executable when the set value
of W51 is 0 ~ 15, 80, 81, 90 or 92.
・ In the Waveform Comparison mode and Waveform and Displacement
Comparison mode, the operation is executable when the set value of
W51 is 0 ~ 15, 80 ~ 83, 90, 91 or 92.
・When W51 is 80 ~ 83 or 90, both W54 and W55 read the number of
sampled data of each waveform minus 1.
