waveforms, and "81" indicates the 2nd last go and return rejected
waveforms.
・ In modes other than the Waveform Comparison mode and Waveform
and Displacement Comparison mode, W52, W54, and W55 cannot
be used after specifying W51SP0091. (Also, no return is made.)
