Name of the target.This is to be used in the forwarding section.

Opt: enabled
Enable this target.

Opt: type
Must be 'syslog' for a syslog target.

Defines whether to use TCP for delivery of syslog messages.

IP Address or FQDN and Port number to send the syslog message
to. If no port is given, 514 is assumed. Format: x.x.x.x:port or
FQDN:port
