To prevent the ignition of explosive mixtures by static discharge, the piping
system must be grounded.

NOTICE
The connection between the air sampling smoke detection system and the
detonation prevention de-vice is a metal pipe. During installation the screw-
joint connections must be sealed air-tight with Synthesol or sealing tape.
NOTICE
The installed pipe system in hazardous areas must be grounded.
