The following settings are available:
This display button allows you to access the Easy Sound Edit, which allows you to change sounds.
For a detailed description of this, see the Programming Manual
SONIC in the chapter "Edit Sound".
Octave = Setting the octave position in the range of +/- 2 octaves.
With plus or minus you can change the octave position.
Detune = Set the manual tuning in the range of +/- 100 cents. With
Plus or Minus you can change the detuning in CENT and create
interesting sounds with a sway.
Transpose = Set a manual transposer in the range of +/- 11
semitones.
Keyboard Range
Here you specify whether the sound should sound on the entire manual or only in a special area. The current
values can be seen visually via the displayed keyboard and the note specification.
Press "keyboard Range" once and the display keyboard for the corresponding manual will appear.
You can easily enter the play area via the corresponding manual. Press first the deepest and then the highest
button of the desired range. The area you entered is displayed on the display keyboard and the input
window disappears after a moment.
ATTENTION 1: When entering the play area by pressing the lowest and highest key, please note the
following: If the lowest note for the desired play area is above the center of the keyboard, you must first
press a key below the center. You have to approach the desired note from below. The easiest way is to make
a glissando from the very bottom and stop at the desired note.
ATTENTION 2: If you use the Easy Split function (chapter 8.1 “Easy split point for the lower manual (two-
manual models)), the playing areas for the lower manual can no longer be changed. The corresponding
operating elements appear grayed out.
You can make a variety of settings for the current sound. These are divided into two areas MANUAL
CONTROLLER and SOUND CONTROLLER.
