CHECKING BOLTS AND NUTS
1. C h e ck:
• Cylinder head bolts
Out of specification → Tighten.
Checking steps
(1) Remove the cylinder head cover.
(2) Verify the tightening torque of cylinder
head bolts.
NOTE:
If any one of the bolts was found to be out
of specification, re-tighten all the bolts in
the specified order to the specified torque.
2. Check:
• Flywheel magnet nut
Out of specification → Tighten.
Checking steps
(1) Remove the flywheel magnet assem-
bly cover (the manual starter assembly
cover).
(2) Verify the tightening torque of flywheel
magnet nut.
