If the hydraulic pump has an impermissible degree of wear, replace it. Ensure the hydraulic oil quality conforms to recommendations and that the oil level is correct. Clean, check, and replace the hydraulic oil cooler if needed. Finally, tighten connections with the engine off and the system relieved of pressure to eliminate air in the hydraulic system.
