1.1 Overview of the MX100 Data Acquisition Unit
The MX100 Data Acquisition Unit consists of (1) the main module equipped with an
Ethernet port, (2) input/output modules that perform input or output of signals, and (3) the
base plate that attaches and connects the modules. By connecting the main module and
a PC via the Ethernet interface and installing one of the dedicated software programs
indicated below into the PC, you can configure the acquisition conditions of the measured
data from the PC as well as monitor and acquire the measured data on the PC. One to
twenty MX100 Data Acquisition Units can be connected to a single PC (one unit using
the MX100 Standard Software, or one to twenty units (or up to 1200 input channels)
using MXLOGGER).
