thecardforsaferemovalfromthephone,andformat(erase)thecard.Fordetails,seeViewthe
microSDHCCardMemory,FormatthemicroSDHCCardandUnmountthemicroSDHCCard.

fromthephone,andformat(erase)thedrive.

TheUSBstoragesettingsmenugivesyouaccesstoyourUSBdevicememoryinformation.

Format the USB Device
FormattingaUSBdevicepermanentlyremovesallfilesstoredonthedevice.

2. ScrolldownthescreentotheUSBSTORAGEsection,touchErase external SD card>
EraseSDcard>Eraseeverything.
l Ifyouhaveapattern,PIN,orpasswordasthescreenlock,youwillneedtoenteritbefore
erasingtheUSBdevice.
Note: TheformattingprocedureerasesallthedataontheUSBdevice,afterwhichthefiles
CANNOTberetrieved.Topreventthelossofimportantdata,pleasecheckthecontentsbeforeyou
formatthedrive.
