Lift the gearbox onto the guide pins and
slide it into position, using caution.
Check that the radial sealing in the frame
tube does not get damaged.
Valid for IRB 2600-20/1.65, IRB 2600-
12/1.65, IRB 2600-12/1.85, IRB 2600ID-
15/1.85, IRB 2600ID-8/2.0:
Double check that the oil plugs are in the
correct position.

Secure the gearbox with its attachment
screws and washers.

Remove the guide pins from the frame and
secure the remaining two screws.

Valid for IRB 2600-20/1.65, IRB 2600-
12/1.65, IRB 2600-12/1.85, IRB 2600ID-
15/1.85, IRB 2600ID-8/2.0:
Tightening torque: 35 Nm.
Valid for IRB 2600 Type C-20/1.65, IRB
2600 Type C-12/1.65:
Tightening torque: 50 Nm.
