Did you perform the control test according to
the User’s Manual?

Did you observe the proper storage condi-

solutions (see Chapter 15 and the test cas-
sette and control solution package inserts)?

control test results which are not within the concentra-
tion range displayed and for which Control test not OK
is displayed. In this case, you should also call
Accu-Chek Customer Care.
