This warranty is valid only if the insulin pump is used in accord-
ance with the user instructions. This warranty will not apply:
1. If damage results from changes or modications made to the
insulin pump by the user or third persons after the date of
manufacture;
2. If damage results from service or repairs performed by
any person or entity other than Roche Insulin Delivery
Systems Inc.
3. If damage results from a force majeure or other event beyond
the control of Roche Insulin Delivery Systems Inc.; or
4. If damage results from negligence or improper use, including
but not limited to improper storage, physical abuse such as
dropping, or otherwise.
This warranty shall be personal to the original purchaser. Any
sale, rental, or other transfer or use of the insulin pump covered
by this warranty to or by a user other than the original purchaser
shall cause this warranty to immediately terminate.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ROCHE INSULIN
DELIVERY SYSTEMS INC. OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS
BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT,
SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY
CONNECTED WITH THE PURCHASE OR USE OF THE INSULIN

No warranty of merchantability or tness for a particular
purpose, if any is implied from the sale of the insulin pump,
shall exist for a longer duration than four years from the
date of purchase.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty will last or the exclusion of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion
may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specic legal
rights, which may vary by jurisdiction.
