Accutome A-Scan Plus Connect User’s Guide
The New A-scan Study screen is divided into three sections
• Patient info - requires you to enter current patient data.
• Control unit info - displays the current control unit specications.
• Study info - provides selections for name, facility, physician, operator
remark.

Entering Data
When you are in a eld, such as the First Name, you simply place the cursor in
the eld and type the appropriate information.
Moving Between Fields
To move from one eld to another you can either click in the new eld or use
the Tab key. The tabbing order of elds on the Initial Exam Screen runs in an
intuitive, sequential order.
Selecting Items from a Drop Down List
Some of the elds in the New A-scan Plus Connect Study Screen contain a drop
down list. To select an item from the drop down list:
1. Select the drop down arrow to the right of the eld.
or
2. Use the ↑↓ arrow keys to scroll through the list.
or
3. Type the rst letter of the item you wish to select and scroll through the
list.
Patient Info
The Patient Info section displays patient demographics and has elds that
require data entry as outlined below.
Required Fields
Required elds are marked with an asterisk (*).
