5.9 Cabling/Plumbing
The Cleanroom Air Kit includes a length of pneumatic tubing and some extra fittings for
connecting the modules to the vacuum source. See “Module Preparation (Assembly)” on
page 51 for details about cleanroom modules. See Section 6.4 on page 114 for cleanroom
system installation instructions.
