Needle Carrier Failed
The needle carrier on the Sample Transport Assembly failed to move correctly.
Probable Causes
• Defective Z-motor.
• Vial pusher blocked.
• Bad needle carrier positioning in X or Theta.
• Defective vial pusher sensor.
• Defective MTP main board.
Possible Actions
✔ Exchange the needle carrier assembly.
✔ Exchange the sample transport assembly.
✔ Exchange the MTP main board.
