The objective of this note is to give some guidance on troubleshooting the
Agilent 1100 series well plate sampler.

Gather information about the problem
• Instrument serial number?
• Instrument firmware revision and user interface revision?
• When did the problem start?
• What was done/changed prior to the start of the problem?
• What errors or error codes are shown in the Chemstation GUI, and in the
current logbook files? (check especially for errors around the start date of
the problem)
• What errors or error codes are shown in the WPS error logbook?
