Network policy ID 1 is reserved as the default network QoS policy. The default policy cannot 
be deleted or changed. 
The default network QoS policy is applied to all network interfaces which do not have another 
network QoS policy explicitly assigned. 
For network ingress, Table 6 and Table 7 list the default mapping of DSCP name and LSP 
EXP values to forwarding class and profile state for the default network QoS policy.
